Maths Challenge 1st Class

This is a series of 50 mental Maths tests for 1st Class. The tests encourage the use of higherorder thinking and problemsolving skills. They take into account the age levels and abilities of the children. These books have been designed to improve mental arithmetic skills while reinforcing the concepts of number, space, time and measurement. The language has been simplified to cater for the children's reading levels. Additional resources are available as part of this programme.
